Well this is actually my first post, but a very exciting one!!! After two weeks of spending most of the time between me getting out of school and Tasha getting of work at Madison Avenue jewelers the day finally arrived that the RING was ready!! William Johnson, his right hand woman Tiffany and myself had come up with a ring that was perfect!! One of my favorite qualities about the ring is that it has an antique look with a touch of modern. Spending the happiest times of my life with Tasha I have learned one thing she loves things that are unique and out of the ordinary. My grandmother left me her diamond ring and told me that it was for me to use whenever I was ready. I decided to have the diamond setting cut off the old ring and picked out a setting that would make the perfect combo for a ring that was classy, unique, sentimental and that had my own special touch on it. I picked the ring up around 3:30 yesterday (10-10-08) and immediately knew that i had to give it to Tasha today. I'll let her tell you the rest of the details, but with tears in her eyes SHE SAID YES!!! It was a moment I have dreamed of and it was everything I thought it would be. Yes the ring is beautiful, but Tasha is the one who makes it shine!! My mom was the first to see outside of everyone who had a hand in making it. Her first comment was Ms. Millie would be proud! I know my grandmother has her own little sparkle in that ring and smiles and winks at Tasha each times she looks at it.

Introducing Baby Camak!
Michael and I went to the doctor today to have an ultrasound. Everything checked out great and our little one was all over the place, very energetic! It was one of the most amazing things we had ever experienced. Aubrey who does the ultrasounds said, "Wow look at those long legs" all we could do was just smile the whole time :) Its so unbelievable how I haven't even met baby Camak yet, but our lives are already fill with such amazing love! I thank God everyday for giving us the opportunity to experience something so miraculous. Hopefully on our next visit we will find out if baby Camak is a boy or girl!....Stay tuned

Heather's Birthday!
For Heather's birthday we planned a trip to Miyamis Steakhouse in Florence. Michael and I stuffed our face with too much steak and rice (extra white sauce please :) Caroline and I also had her a cake made from CJ's. It was so stinking cute, and might I add DELICIOUS! She got so many cute gifts, and Michael and I got a really full stomach ;)

Italian Dinner
Span and Terrie Reames cooked up a fabulous Italian dinner this weekend for Jason and Caroline. It was just a small gathering , but very nice. We were brought out lasagna, salad, bread sticks and cheesecake for dessert. The lasagna was fabulous, Michael even made my night by telling me that my lasagna was just as good! After dinner we all went out and had some cocktails

Tiff's Bachlorette Weekend
Tiffany's last fling before the ring took place this past weekend in Murrells Inlet. All the girls journeyed down to the beach to celebrate with Tiffany. The festivities started Friday night with a lingerie party and some cocktails...it was a night full of laughs! The following night we had dinner at Bovines (Yummy!) then hung out at Wahoos for some cocktails and entertainment...or should we say, "Carolines live performance." Everyone had such a great time. Michael was feeling a lil under the weather that weekend, and so instead of hanging all weekend with the guys he decided to relax a bit. Sunday morning everyone headed back to Hartsville. The weekend was so much fun, but exhausting. I was glad for Michael and I to be back at home.
